Komeito lawmaker to release book on Japanese politics

Komeito House of Representatives member Yuzuru Takeuchi, who served as Parliamentary Secretary of Finance from 2012 to 2014, has written “Turbulent Times for Japanese Politics” in English and Japanese to be released on August 1. A collection of essays on the disruptions, both global and domestic, and their impact on Japan’s political workings between 2020 and 2022, the work is the second the lawmaker has published in English following “Japanese Politics, One Politician’s Perspective” in 2019.
