Toyama submits resignation

On February 1, Kiyohiko Toyama submitted his formal resignation as a House of Representatives member for Komeito. He also stepped down as the party’s acting secretary general on January 29. Toyama violated the voluntary 8 p.m. curfew established under the declaration of national emergency when he dined with an associate in Tokyo.Search News
