Toyama apologies for impropriety

On January 26, Komeito House of Representative member Kiyohiko Toyama issued a public apology to reporters for dining with an associate after the 8 p.m. curfew established under the declaration of national emergency. Komeito Secretary General Keiichi Ishii reprimanded Toyama for his indiscretion, describing it as being “utterly inappropriate.”Search News
