Counseling care for medical workers needed

Individuals working in the healthcare field shared their biggest concern: as COVID-19 cases continue to surge, the shortfall in trained workers is straining those on the job to the “very limit,” with colleagues on the verge of emotional collapse requiring prompt mental health counseling. Equally problematic is the fact that opportunities to train new workers are diminishing as veteran healthcare professionals are retiring.
