New PM Suga meets with Komeito’s Yamaguchi, reaffirms partnership

On September 14, Yoshihide Suga of the Liberal Democratic Party, who will be voted in as Japan’s newest prime minister tomorrow, met with Komeito Chief Representative Natsuo Yamaguchi, with the two reaffirming their party’s partnership in the coalition government. Yamaguchi later told reporters that the two parties will be formalizing their commitment on the 15th.Search News
