Yamaguchi meets with Chinese Ambassador Kong

On February 25, Komeito Chief Representative Natsuo Yamaguchi met with His Excellency Kong Xuanyou, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Japan, in Tokyo. The two agreed that cooperation between China and Japan was vital in bringing the novel coronavirus threat to a rapid close. Ambassador Kong said China hopes to share information with Japan to that end, with the two countries stepping up efforts to normalize bilateral tourism and supply chain activity.
