The following is a list of the major organizational components of New Komeito. (As of May 11, 2012)
- Central Secretariat
- The party's highest decision-making apparatus on policy and regulations, it includes the chief representative and other party executives as members.
- Committee of Standing Directors
- This committee is a component of the Central Secretariat and can also decide policy and regulations if needed.
- Central Discipline Committee
- In addition to maintaining and enforcing party rules and regulations, this committee is responsible for party morale.
- Central Auditing Committee
- Responsible for the auditing of the party's finances, it reports its findings to the party national convention and/or conference of national representatives on a routine basis.
- Office of the Secretary General
- Comprised of the party secretary general, acting secretary generals and deputy secretary generals, this office is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the party.
- Policy Research Council
- The top policymaking apparatus of the party, it supervises research departments based on policy theme to develop policy initiatives and propose legislation.
- Diet Policy Committee
- Responsible for negotiations with other parties on legislature submitted to the Diet, it also oversees all parliamentary activities related to the party.
- Electoral Policy Committee
- This committee is responsible for the selection of candidates for all local and national elections, as well as campaign strategy and operations.
- Integrated Planning Office
- This office serves as an administrative organ for the party's executive bodies.
- Party Organization Committee
- Incorporating bureaus for party organization, local assembly affairs and political campaigning, this committee handles all matters pertaining to party structure and organization.
- Women's Committee
- An administrative liaison for all of the party's women legislators, this committee specializes in women's issues and develops legislation to protect and promote their rights.
- Youth Committee
- This committee specializes in issues pertaining to young people and develops legislation to protect and promote their rights; it includes bureaus on youth affairs and student affairs.
- General Coordination Committee
- This committee is responsible for the party's public relations, general planning, accounting and other administrative operations.
- Organ Paper Committee
- This committee is responsible for the editorial content and activities of the Komei Shimbun, the party's organ newspaper, and other party publications.
- Organ Paper Promotion Committee
- This committee supervises subscription promotion activities for the Komei Shimbun on a nationwide basis.
- Financial Affairs Committee
- Managing income and expenses, this committee oversees the overall finances of the party.
- Public Relations Committee
- This committee engages in media relations with the domestic press and manages the party's overall public relations activities.
- International Affairs Committee
- This committee engages in media relations with the foreign press and serves as a liaison body with foreign delegations based in Tokyo.
- Organization Liaison Committee
- This committee serves as a liaison to corporations, labor unions and other organizations.
- Civil Activities Committee
- A committee that oversees the party's cultural affairs, NPO and disaster relief departments, it also serves as a liaison to civil organizations and groups.
- Office of Standing Advisors
- This office is comprised of retired party executives who play an advisory role to the Central Secretariat and Committee of Standing Directors.
- The Board of Directors for the House of Councilors
- This board consists of the New Komeito delegation of officers who are responsible for the party's activities in the Upper House.
- National Council for Local Assemblypersons
- This body assists New Komeito's municipal and prefectural assembly lawmakers in their legislative activities and general public service.
